My name is Michael. I am 40 years old, born and raised in Ontario-California, not Canada, haha. I was born and raised in the church but left the church at the age of 13/14. I lived 25+ years as a self-identified gay man up until May 28 2018 when surrender to alcoholism and God led me to identify through my Creator rather than my sexuality. I've had my fair share of addictions, eating being my first, followed by addictions to hallucinogens in the early 9os while I was enveloped in the underground La rave scene. I then advanced and was addicted to meth for about 6 years until I sought help and got sober. God has brought me through so many trials, I hold on to His promises of purpose and a calling over my life. I am a creative who enjoys all things art...writing, painting, decorating, etc. I have a big heart for broken people and a passion to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who do not know His love. I have 2 fur babies, Coco and Nina. My family means the world to me and recognizes the harvest field God has placed before me.

TRS Presents An Interview with Ashley Landua: Humbling Herself To God
My guest, today grew up in Evant Texas. Population 200, "my Graduating class was about 32 people. A town where everybody knew everybody and everything about everybody. I’m 38 years old, single, and happy about it, LOL. I have three brothers and a sister and two stepsisters and some nieces and nephews. I’m a dog mom and I love my dog more than any person on earth LOL".
I started having the same-sex attraction at a very young age and growing up in a small town but also what I considered for a long .me a religious family but actually, a very good family, was hard on me for a long .me. I just always thought they were judging me. Although I think we could’ve worded some things differently and dealt with them differently but it was new for everyone in so honestly I think they did the best they could. I also was a drug addict and was an alcoholic for quite some time.
l at the age of about 30 I was able to get control of the drug issue and mostly the alcohol issue. I did repent at one point in my life but after going through some hard things with my mom and her mental health I went right back to my old ways for about 5 to 6 years So I had a really hard break up and after that break up I got into about a two-week relationship and a[er that I started surrendering to God again and just said your will, will be done. And now I’m just driving every day to humble myself to the will of God.

TRS Presents Lori King, He Never Let Me Go
When we stop living a lie and we come clean with our true feelings and convictions, we then are able to realize what really matters. Lori's story is a story that many share, yet, they are unable to fully admit to themselves or others. Lori lived as a Lesbian for 25 years, she, like many of us in the day, grew up with God in her life, morals, and knowing right from wrong.
Lori had two long-term relationships, one of 10 years and another of 14, as she puts it "two amazing beautiful souls" that love her very much, but not as he did. She quotes: "what have I done to deserve love like this"? Love that is incomparable, immeasurable, divine, sacrificial, pure agape love, love is what he has offered me. How can anyone choose anything different? His love is perfect.
I believe he will do the same for those souls as he has for me. I divorced my ex-wife of 10 years, 5 months ago. My ex lives a few blocks away and is now with another female partner. I know that if he did it for me he will do it for someone I loved so much just in the wrong way.
